Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
In short
- We do not ask for your name, email or phone number, and we never see your seed phrase or private keys.
- We store your XRP address and transaction details only to run the waitlist, process mutations and issue refunds.
- Everything recorded on the XRP Ledger is public and permanent. We cannot change or delete it.
- We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- You can ask us to delete the data we hold off-chain.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what data the ARMY Mutable Soldiers website (the “Service”) collects, why we collect it and what you can do about it. “We” and “us” refer to the team behind the ARMY Mutable Soldiers project.
What we collect
- Your XRP address, when you connect a wallet or check your spot on the waitlist.
- Waitlist registrations: your address, the tier you qualified for and when you registered.
- Mutation records: payment and modification transaction hashes, the NFTokenID, the requested change, its status and any refund.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type and time, to keep the Service running and secure.
- In your browser: which wallet you used last, so you reconnect automatically, plus a few session settings for the site. This stays on your device.
- Usage data: Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you interact with them, your device and browser type and your approximate location, using cookies.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or postal address. We never see or store your seed phrase or private keys; signing happens in your wallet app. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to measure how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google, which may process it outside your country. We only look at these reports in aggregate.
The Ledgerborn trailers are hosted on YouTube, a Google service. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube receives your IP address and may set cookies in your browser, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, at any time. The site keeps working without them.
How we use it
- To check waitlist eligibility.
- To process pack openings, mutations, Gallery changes and refunds.
- To keep an audit trail, investigate problems and answer support requests.
- To protect the Service against abuse.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
The XRP Ledger is public
Payments, mutations and refunds are XRP Ledger transactions. Anyone can see them, permanently, together with your XRP address. We cannot edit or delete on-chain data.
Who else processes data
We share data only with the services needed to run the Service: our hosting and database providers, Google Analytics, the IPFS gateways that serve the artwork, XRP Ledger nodes, YouTube when you play a trailer, and the wallet you choose (such as Xaman or Joey) when you sign.
When you follow a link to an external site such as X, xrp.cafe or a block explorer, that site's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and mutation records while the project runs, because they record the history of each NFT and let us resolve refunds and disputes. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a limited time. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
You can ask us at any time to delete the off-chain records linked to your address. We may keep what we need to settle a pending refund or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us with the XRP address it concerns. We may ask you to prove that you control that address.
You can clear the data stored in your browser at any time from your browser settings.
Security
We protect stored data with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, which is why we never ask for anything that would let someone control your wallet.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. We announce significant changes on this website or on our X account.
